A travelling, pop-up comedy performance for your doorstep, driveway or garden.
It’s Stewart and Lucy’s first date night in over a year, and they are desperate for a change of scene. So they couldn’t be more excited to be visiting a brand new pop-up restaurant – right outside your home! Whilst they enjoy the al fresco dining experience and a playfully personalised specials board, you’ll be taken on a whistle-stop journey through the places, the people and pastimes you haven’t enjoyed enough of lately.
Gather your family, friends or neighbours together for a deliciously charming and joyful half hour of up-close performance.
Date Night is brought to you by the team behind doorstep Christmas show BS3 Santa, which visited more than 200 doorsteps last December and was featured in the New York Times.
Date Night is performed by Bristol theatre legends Lucy Tuck (Cinderella: A Fairytale, 101 Dalmatians, The Borrowers) and Stewart Wright (Swallows and Amazons, Doc Martin, Bridget Jones’s Diary, Small Axe) and directed by Tobacco Factory Theatres’ Artistic Director Mike Tweddle (A View From the Bridge, Beautiful Thing).

We have a special booking process for Date Night! Please do not click the Buy Tickets button at the top of this page and instead complete the booking form below.
Please complete the booking form to register your interest in booking to host a performance of Date Night. A member of the Date Night team will contact you as soon as possible using the details you provide on the form to progress your booking with you directly.
NB – the performances that are still available are:
Sun 29 August – 2pm, 6.15pm. 7.30pm & 8.45pm
Bookings are moving very quickly, so if you would like to book one of the above performances, please act fast to avoid disappointment!
To offer the largest number of shows possible, we will be focusing on South Bristol for this opening tour of Date Night. We hope to announce further dates beyond this area soon, so if you live outside the advertised areas and would like to host the show in the future, please email tickets@tobaccofactorytheatres.com

TICKET PRICES:
Date Night can be performed to a single audience member or up to 20 people. The show works equally well across this spectrum, but prices vary according to group size.
