TFT offers a range of flexible, characterful spaces for hire, supporting everything from rehearsals and meetings to conferences, classes, celebrations and weddings.

Set within a former industrial building, our spaces combine a sense of history with practical, adaptable layouts. From our dedicated Meeting Room and Theatre Bar to our two theatre spaces, each area can be shaped to suit different group sizes, formats and ways of working.

Whether you’re developing new work, bringing a team together, hosting a large-scale event or planning a celebration, our spaces are designed to be straightforward to use and easy to make your own.
