The Nisbet Meeting Room is situated on the first floor of the main Tobacco Factory building, where Tobacco Factory Theatres is based.

It is currently being used for a variety of different events. Depending on the set up of the room the capacity can vary. For a boardroom set up the capacity is approximately 12 people and for a presentation set up the capacity increases to 20 people. Alternatively, for a setup that does not require tables and chairs, the capacity would be approximately 25 people.

We work with a number of independent catering organisations to source the perfect menu for your hire. From sandwiches to buffets, we can send you sample menus to find the perfect hire food for your event. Tea and coffee facilities are included in the room hire rate. You are welcome to bring any extras with you.
Do we I need to bring my own VGA/HDMI cables?
No, these are provided.
Is the use of equipment included in the hire price?
Do we need to supply our own tea and coffee?
Tea and coffee is included in the price of the meeting room, for the first 12 people. After that, tea and filter coffee are available at £3 +VAT per person per hire.
What is the maximum capacity?
This depends on the configuration of the room. The maximum capacity is 25. If set up in board room configuration, the maximum capacity is 12.
What are the different configurations that the room can be set up in?
The room can be set up in boardroom or presentation configurations or can be kept clear (no tables/chairs). Alternatively, if you have another configuration in mind, let us know as it’s a flexible space.
