Together we’re passionate about being a cultural flagship for the local community and we never forget that our audience is our reason for existence. We present and produce a diverse programme of exceptional theatre to engage with the community as broadly as possible, including via BSL and Relaxed Performances.
Our desire to bring excellent art to unique, intimate spaces has seen us grow to offer theatre experiences beyond our own walls. Tobacco Factory Theatres BEYOND now presents incredible productions in unconventional spaces around Bristol – reaching a broader audience than ever before, welcoming them to experience theatre in a new way and challenging those conventional barriers that can keep us from attending.
Our diverse programme is our cornerstone but we are a place of creation, development and learning, as well as performance. Each season we welcome audiences, artists and young people for an extensive programme of engagement, learning and participation opportunities.
Tobacco Factory Theatres drives to be an innovative social and cultural hub for the city of Bristol and we’re proud to host a variety of community groups, businesses and individuals in our various spaces each week.
