Nadia is coming home from her father’s funeral to a relationship that may be falling apart. We see her try to come to terms with her grief as her relationship with Elliott goes through the five stages: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. They both try to come to terms with the death using Ella Fitzgerald, dairy milk, and a wilting flower.
Wilt is a play about grief and the rollercoaster journey of coming to terms with a death whilst also having to deal with all the other problems that life throws at you.
