    About

See Robin Hood and his Merry Men {and women} as you have never seen them before. The Sherrif of Nottingham is mad, bad, and curiously infatuated with gingerbread. He needs to borrow money from the Wolf of Corn Street to build his new gingerbread estate but is challenged by the eco warriors Hansel and Greta.

Join them all and howl with laughter as it is time for The Hotwells Panto to return for its 43rd glorious year – oh yes, it is!

With a fifty strong cast plus teenagers, children and a stellar 8-piece band, this is a genuine community panto. Written by members of the cast and packed with invention, colour, laughter and songs, it has to be seen to be believed.

Will good triumph over evil and love win the day? It’s a tale of affection, connection, confection and climate change, so expect the unexpected.

There are only four performances and tickets sell out quicker than the Glastonbury Festival, so guarantee your place by booking early.

But why do we always put on a panto in March? That’s easy; everyone is far too busy before Christmas.

    Wednesday 12 – Saturday 15 March at 7.30pm

Please note that the performance is at Hope Chapel, not the Tobacco Factory.
