everyone is welcome at Mum’s.
Returning to TFT, without Shesus in tow, the Sisters invite you for a riotous Christmas at Mum’s. Shesus has transcended and left this pair of offbeat twins all alone. So where do they go for Crimbo now? Back to Mum’s, the original matriarch, of course!
The Sisters invite you to join them as they crash land home; expect there to be Karaoke (Y Viva España anyone?), a prawn ring and Sister Mary Berry’s festive bangers with all the trimmings. So throw on your best glad-rags, tootle down to Southville and be part of the Sisterhood this yuletide – your Christmas will never be the same again.
There’s only one rule – everyone is welcome at Mum’s.
SPECIAL GUESTS ANNOUNCED!
SAT 16 DECEMBER – BABY LAME
Cult Drag Superstar Baby Lame is a force to be reckoned with… a gender bending, punk-horror, theatre making cabaret clown, who uses pop culture and satire to create loud and trashy queer AF work.
Baby Lame’s debut show was a sell out at Soho Theatre this year, after a huge success at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Baby is the MC and co-producer of Mimi’s ’The best damn drag-circus-burlesque show in town’ (Timeout), which has played sold out shows at Underbelly Festival and Winterville, as well as holding a monthly residency at Bethnal Green Working Mens Club, London.
SUN 17 DECEMBER – LAVINIA CO-OP
Radical Drag Artist Lavinia Co-op has a career spanning over four decades. Having been part of the newly formed Gay Liberation Front, her drag persona was born.
Lavinia boasts an impressive catalogue of work, including being one of the co-founders of radical theatre company, The Bloolips – an anarchic, touring, queer musical-comedy theatre troupe, touring internationally between the late 1970s – early 2000s. Lavinia has also worked with the Hot Peaches, cementing her position in the drag scene in New York and London, where she still performs to this day.
