    TFT offers a range of flexible spaces for meetings, workshops, away days, and collaborative working. From our dedicated meeting room to our bar area, each space can be adapted to suit different group sizes, working styles, and types of activity.

    Whether you’re hosting a small planning session, a large-scale presentation, a training day, or a more creative workshop, our spaces are designed to support focused, productive time together in a setting that feels open, welcoming, and a little different from the usual meeting environment.

    Alongside standard hire, we also offer options for large group bookings in our bar spaces, as well as Artist Access for last-minute, discounted use of the meeting room for TFT Artist Members.

    Nisbet Meeting Room

    Our meeting room at TFT is a calm, flexible space for meetings, workshops, planning sessions, small classes, and team gatherings.

    The meeting room comes with a standard setup of 6 tables and 10 chairs, which can be rearranged or cleared depending on your needs.

    It also includes a wide-screen television, which can be connected via HDMI for presentations, shared work, or remote meetings.

    The room is simple, adaptable, and designed to support a range of working styles.

    Meeting Room Hire Rate

    · Daytime (09:00–18:00): £25 + VAT per hour

    · Evening (18:00–22:00) & weekends: £40 + VAT per hour

    If you are a charity, please get in touch to discuss a discounted rate.

    Optional add-ons

    · Standard tea and coffee refill: £5+VAT

    · Unlimited premium tea & coffee: £10+VAT per person Includes unlimited tea and coffee, locally sourced from Clifton Coffee

    · Catering can be arranged for your booking. Please get in touch for options and a bespoke quote.

    Team Away Days at TFT

    Alongside standard meeting room hire, we offer a small number of curated away day packages. These are designed to make things easy – combining space, food, and (if you’d like) an evening at TFT into one simple booking.

    You just bring the team, and we’ll help take care of the rest.

    Away Day Package

    £37.50 + VAT per person (minimum 10 people)

    A focused day of time together in a dedicated space.

    Includes:

    · Room hire (10:00–18:00)

    · Tea and coffee on arrival

    · Lunch (mixed selection of sandwiches and crisps from Marks Bread)

    · Use of in-room screen for presentations and workshops

    Meeting & Show Package

    £75 + VAT per person (minimum 5 people)

    A full TFT experience – time to meet, eat, and end the day in the theatre.

    Includes:

    · Room hire (14:00–22:00)

    · Tea and coffee on arrival

    · Meeting room to be used as a private drinks area in evening

    · Dinner (mixed selection of pizzas from Pizza Rover)

    · Tickets to TFT production

    All packages are subject to availability. This package is only available for programmed work.

    Theatre Bar

    Our theatre bar offers a more informal, sociable setting for large meetings, workshops, and team gatherings.

    The space can be arranged flexibly with tables and chairs in a variety of layouts, including presentation style, group tables, or open discussion circles.

    A Duty Manager will be on site during your booking, and tea and coffee service can be provided from behind the bar throughout your session.

    The bar offers a welcoming, lived-in atmosphere that suits organisations looking for a more relaxed and conversational meeting environment.

    Artist Access

    Our Artist Access scheme also includes last-minute discounted use of our meeting room for TFT Artist Members, offering a smaller, more intimate space for focused creative work.

    The meeting room is a flexible space that can support a range of activities beyond traditional meetings. It has previously been used for table reads, small-scale rehearsals, script work, and collaborative development sessions, as well as planning and production meetings.

    Artist Access bookings are released close to the date of hire at a reduced rate and are subject to availability. It’s designed for artists working flexibly, offering a simple way to access space when larger rehearsal rooms aren’t needed.

    Who it’s for

    Artist Access is available to TFT Artist Members working across theatre, performance, and live art practices.
