We are delighted to announce that we have a new addition to our senior management team — Lucy Dickson has joined us as our Communications & Fundraising Director, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the charity sector.
Lucy joins us following a stint as Creative Strategy Lead at Comic Relief – where she led the development of the organisation’s 40th Birthday Campaign. She’s worked in the charitable sector for the last decade, where’s she’s led campaign and strategy development for RNIB, NSPCC, Diabetes UK, and ArtFund.
Outside of work, she’s Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Queerly Productions: a theatre company dedicated to creating space in Musical Theatre for FLINTA artists. In her spare time, she loves singing with friends, cuddles with her cat, baking and tap dancing.
We can’t wait for her fundraising and theatre roles to collide!
Lucy will be joining the TFT team at the upcoming Welcome and Wonder event on the 9th of October and is looking forward to meeting our wonderful members and really get embedded into life at TFT,
