We are excited to ANNOUNCE the fabulous cast of our Upcoming In-House Production, Hansel & Gretel.
This year, we’re teaming up with the award-winning New International Encounter (NIE) for the festive show, Hansel & Gretel. Prepare to be whisked away to a world of wonder as our Factory Theatre transforms into a mystical land.
NIE has enchanted audiences with their takes on The Snow Queen (2022), Snow White (2019), and Beauty and The Beast (2017). Now, they’re returning with a magical twist on this Brothers Grimm classic—a spectacular reimagining of their very first family festive show.
About the Show
In the middle of a snow covered forest sits a tiny cottage unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. It’s roof is made of gingerbread, the door is made of boiled sweets and the windows of clear sugar glaze, but what’s inside…?
Step into the forest with us and find out!
Our ensemble cast of five actor/musicians adapt this classic fairytale with a blend of original live music, puppetry and storytelling. This show is a lovely mix of music, magic and joy, which we can’t wait to share with families.
