    TFT offers a distinctive and flexible setting for conferences, corporate events, and large-scale gatherings. Set within a converted industrial building, our spaces bring together heritage character and contemporary functionality – creating an environment that feels both grounded and creatively energising.

    Whether you’re hosting a formal conference, a company-wide away day, or a collaborative event, our theatre spaces provide room to bring people together, share ideas, and connect at scale.

    We offer two main conference packages depending on your group size. If you’re looking for something more bespoke, our team can help tailor your event to suit your needs.

    Large Conference

    Capacity: ~224

    Rate: £1,650+VAT

    Planning a large-scale conference or event? We offer a combination of spaces that work well together, giving you room for presentations, breakout sessions and informal networking all in one place.

    Rate: £1,350+VAT

    A flexible setup for smaller conferences, combining spaces that work well together for presentations, breakout sessions and informal networking — all within one venue.

    Delegate packages

    To support your event, we offer optional delegate catering packages designed to keep your day running smoothly.

    Standard Delegate Package:

    £25+VAT per person (minimum 10 people)

    · Tea and coffee on arrival

    · Mid-morning and afternoon tea and coffee

    · Lunch (cold buffet by Marks Bread)

    · Access to a meeting room as a breakout space

    Premium Delegate Package

    £45+VAT per person (minimum 10 people)

    · Tea, coffee, and pastries on arrival

    · Mid-morning refreshments

    · Lunch (sandwich platter and cold buffet by Marks Bread)

    · Afternoon refreshments including a sweets platter by Marks Bread

    · Access to a meeting room as a breakout space

    Nearby Hotels

    For delegates staying overnight, there are a number of hotels within walking distance or a short journey from Tobacco Factory Theatres.

    Some commonly used options include:

    · The Bristol Hotel – central harbourside location, around a 15–20 minute walk

    · Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel – large hotel near College Green, popular for business stays

    · Ibis Bristol Centre – more budget-friendly, around a 10–15 minute walk

    · Leonardo Hotel Bristol City – modern option slightly further out in the city center
