Dance Nation follows a competitive dance team full of 13 year old’s in the run up to their biggest competition yet. As a comedic satire with real heart, it’s a play about sisterhood and how that is tested when faced with the ambition and drive of the dance world. Dance nation is full of rage, anxiety and joy, much like being 13. But also it is a ghost play all about the potential within you when you are 13.
