    About

EVERY SUNDAY FROM 11 SEP TO 04 DEC 2022

Come, join us and dive into the world of story-telling and play-making. Exploring the themes of our Christmas show The Snow Queen, YTM companies will create a brand new performance which will be shared, on the set of our Christmas show for family and friends this December.

Designed to be a safe space of creative exploration for 14-19 year olds, children will build their confidence by learning new skills, making new friends and most importantly having fun. These workshops are not just about acting, they are about teamwork, social skills, imagination, and creative expression.

YTM is our weekly youth theatre for 3-19 year olds. YTM runs each week during term time, with 3-5’s and 5-7’s meeting on a Saturday morning, and 8-10’s, 11-13’s and 14-19’s meeting on Sundays.

Our sessions are energetic, challenging, educational and fun!

We will explore and develop a wide range of theatre skills, which may include:

    • Performance skills
    • Acting
    • Movement
    • Clowning
    • Storytelling
    • Voice and communication
    • Trust and team-building

The aims of our workshops are to:

    • Inspire young people to engage in theatre and the arts.
    • Enable young people to explore their creativity and imagination, build confidence, have fun and make new friends.
