    About

Shoofly Theatre presents a funny and charming journey into the world of numbers for ages 3-8 and their families, by Katie Sykes and Craig Edwards

COVID-19 SAFETY | To prevent the spread of coronavirus this performance will have: A socially-distanced limited audience; people will exit the theatre directly through the fire exit (not through The Old Market Assembly); masks will be worn by everyone (as much as possible); hand sanitiser will be provided; and there will be enhanced cleaning in the theatre before and after the show.

Craig has been invited to his best friend’s birthday party. There is an invitation to read, presents to wrap, cakes to buy and a house to find. Who will explain the rules of Musical Chairs? Will there be enough balloons?

Using music, toys and far too much wrapping paper, Shoofly Theatre have created a funny and charming journey into the world of numbers for Nursery, Reception, Year One children and their families.

Shoofly Theatre are actor/director Craig Edwards and designer Katie Sykes. They have been involved in a number of critically acclaimed family productions including: Travelling Light (How Cold My Toes, Boing! Sammy & The Snow Leopard, Three Kings), Tobacco Factory (Cinderella, 101 Dalmations, The Ugly Duckling), Bristol Old Vic (Treasure Island, Sleeping Beauty, Jane Eyre), The Egg (Around The World In 80 Days, Taking Flight) and Scamp Theatre (Stick Man, Tiddler & Other Terrific Tales).
